CONTINGENCY AGREEMENT

Agreement Terms

1. Contingency – If your insurance company approves coverage for roof repairs or replacement, you agree to hire Mission Roofing exclusively to complete all approved work for the insurance proceeds amount, including your deductible and any approved supplements.
2. Opting Out Fee – If, after Mission Roofing assists with your claim and coverage is approved, you choose to hire another contractor or not proceed with Mission Roofing, you agree to pay Mission Roofing a service fee of 10% of the total Replacement Cost Value shown on the approved insurance estimate. This fee compensates Mission Roofing for inspection, documentation, and claims assistance services already provided.
3. No Obligation if Denied – If your claim is not approved and no work proceeds, this agreement is void, and no fee or further obligation applies.
